How to take care of Me:
Place the plants in bright, direct light such as a window facing west or south. Alternatively, place the plants under grow lights for 14 to 16 hours per day.
Water ornamental chili peppers whenever the surface of the soil feels slightly dry. Water the plant until water drips through the drainage hole, then let the pot drain thoroughly. Never let the pot sit in water, as wet soil may lead to root rot.
Place the plants in a warm room with nighttime temperatures slightly cooler. Never expose the plants to temperatures below 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Protect the plants from cold drafts and extreme heat.
Feed ornamental chili plants twice every month beginning when blooms appear.
Harvest peppers regularly, at any stage of ripeness, to promote continued blooming and fruiting. To prevent damage to the plant, cut the stem just above the pepper.
